For physical challenge rewards, tap Claim only when ready at the counter. You then have 30 minutes to scan the staff Claim QR before that reward expires. Some challenges are available only to selected tiers.

How do I earn Nines?
After an eligible purchase, scan the staff QR or enter the six-character earn code. The venue’s current earning rate and minimum purchase apply.
Are Nines and challenge stamps the same?
No. Nines are your loyalty points. A challenge tracks its own qualifying purchases or purchase days. Completing a challenge earns its stated reward; it does not mean you spend Nines. Spending Nines on perks is not currently included in the public release.
Why did a purchase not count toward a challenge?
Check the challenge’s participating brand, branches, eligible tier, minimum spend and purchase or daily limit. Only qualifying purchases count. If something looks wrong, contact support with your purchase details.
How do I claim a challenge reward?
Challenge reward claims are currently being tested. In that flow, complete the challenge, then tap Claim when you are ready at the counter. Scan the staff Claim QR within 30 minutes. When the timer ends, the unused reward expires permanently. Each earned reward can only be redeemed once. The six-character earn code cannot be used to claim a reward.
When does the reward timer start?
The 30-minute timer starts when you activate Claim, not when you make a purchase or complete the challenge. This is separate from your Nines balance and the challenge’s availability dates. Badge-only achievements do not use this timer.
Where can I use Out Of Nine?
At participating Out Of Nine brands. Ask the counter staff whether your purchase is eligible. Check each challenge or offer for its participating branches and conditions; progress is kept per brand.
